NJ Prospects is a competitive fastpitch softball organization. Prospects is not just a softball team. It is an experience that fosters hard work, mental toughness, motivation, drive, team comradery, and friendship. All are involved: players, parents, siblings and coaches. This involvement cannot help but then lead to the formation of a great softball organization.
